Mission Statement
Bristol Fashion Chorus is an award winning ladies' chorus which strives for musical excellence in 4 part A-Capella singing. We sing primarily in the traditional barbershop style and aim to encourage and develop the style through our chorus, quartets and small group performances.

Bristol Fashion Chorus will aim to perform and compete at the highest level in the Bristol area and within the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers, in order to continually improve our vocal and performance quality.

Our mission is to educate, support and enrich the lives of our diverse membership and share the gift of music with our audiences through a unique blend of close harmonies and close friendships.

We all love singing!   We rehearse every Thursday evening in South Bristol, when we work hard at improving our craft and performances under the leadership of our talented Musical Director Craig Kehoe.

We are members of the Ladies’ Association of British Barbershop Singers (LABBS) which organises the annual Convention where choruses from all over the country meet and compete.   Through membership of LABBS we are part of a huge ‘sisterhood’ of Barbershop Singers numbering nearly 2000.

Supporting Charities
Each year our Chairlady chooses a charity to support. Over the past five years we have raised over £3000 and made donations to Avon Riding for the Disabled, 'Cots for Tots' at the Bristol Children's Hospital, 'Music Space' (towards new instruments), Macmillan Cancer Support, RP Fighting Blindness and Cancer Research UK.  For 2012 Maggie has chosen Yate Opportunity Group as her charity.
